Who out there in yahoo collects baseball cards and which ones?
I always buy Topps(complete set) I buy packs of certain brands & if I like the style of the card, I try to get complete set. I also like Topps Heritage & Bowman Heritage because they are making cards look like cards from old sets in 50's & 60's. I also collect any Baltimore Oriole related cards plus cards of Jeter, Pujolos, A-Rod, Ichiro, Griffey Jr, McGwire & a few other stars.
I love the 2000 Bowman's Best set. The cards are great looking and the most expensive card is $300 so it's possible for the average person to complete the entire set including the inserts.
There were a bunch of rookies including Santana, Zito, and Bloomquist.
Bat cards, Autographs, and 4 cards with older autos like Bench, Casey, and Ripken.
A very fun set to collect. AND you can still occasionally buy boxes.
