I have heard that the following have been included.

-a thinly padded sleeve to put it in
-AC power cord
-remote control
-2 pairs of creative earbuds
-cleaning cloth
-leather case that holds the owners manual and all of the program reinstall discs (roxio, Dell Media direct, drivers and utilities, vista home premium reinstallation, adobe photo, MS works, webcam drivers)
-various paperwork
However, when a asked a dell sales rep they said that nothing except the laptop came.
Could these things have been a special sale or is the dell rep tricking me into buying additional things?
