After Playing Softball My Knee Started To Hurt When I Sat, Stood Up, Bent It, Or Just Walk.
The Pain Has Gotten Worse
Could It Be That I Didnt Stretch Enough During Warm-ups and I Pulled A Muscle?
I Was Playing 1st Base At The Time.
I Tried Taking Ibuprofen.
It Didnt Help Me.

You need rest, ice compression and elevation, aka RICE. Wrap the knee with ace bandage, keep it elevated on the couch and ice it for 20 minutes several times a day. You can't really stretch the knee, so hurting it was not your fault. There are several ligaments and cartilage in the knee and they can strain/tear quite easily. Do not continue sports or heavy activity until it feels 100%.
