well, firstly, if youre going for exodia, deffinately stick to a 40-card deck. Also, check the banlist, as i don't know much off the top of my head. Nothing i see sticks out.

Also, you might want to add some cards like Sangan and Witch of the Black Forest to get the 5 pieces quicker, rather than waiting with defense. If you play Exodd and think youre safe so don't have much to back it up and i have Tribute to the Doomed or something, youre screwed.
Another helpful tactic might be cards like Mecha Bunny and Mother Grizzly, so you get less competition to draw the exodia pieces plus when theyre destroyed you dont have to worry about summoning another monster to stop direct attacks nearly as often
