SPUD I disagree, if anyone used the old graf wooden sticks or the old red and white titans they had a ton of whip in them! They just transfered less of it to the puck.
No you don't see players blasting 140 mph shots at people and scoring that many more goals. Hockey players are more protected than baseball players because we are smart and don't want to die taking a shot.
