Bc Tropicana sucks. I'm would think a petco type pitchers park would be good. They will never have a ton of veterans so a huge outfield would be good for a team that will constantly bring up young speed guys to the majors. It will also hurt the Yankees and Red Sox with all their mid-30s players. But, the best thing about a pitchers ballpark is Rays pitchers will get a break when facing those dangerous AL EAST lineups.
Probably would be best, but the Yankees, have fast outfielders and some developers, as well as the Red Sox, but the big park would silence there bats more. You would probably have to be more careful when a guy like Halladay goes there then, big parks would be his specialty.
