Should I get mizuno techfies or under armours I am looking for a good padde batting glove that will abosrb the shock when i hit becuase I dont like it when the vibrations kill my hand.

Out of the two gloves that you have brought up, the Techfires are the best. But, if you want to find something that will absorb the vibration, then you should probably look at the Easton VRS. (Techfires do not have padding.) I've had em (VRS's) and I don't particularly like them for some irrelevant reasons, but they have a ton a padding and you will never feel any vibration.
One more note: try to look at the type of leather than is being used. I NEVER suggest buying UnderArmour baseball gear, especially their batting gloves.
