Composite Football

I’m a local high school football head coach and…..?

I need to nominate a student at my school for admision into the harvard athletic department. Last year i had received a letter from harvard asking to nominate any students that met certain requirements (academically/athletically) , but this year i did not. I have a 6 foot 3 , 300lb defensive tackle , senior who is more than capable of competing at the div 1,2,3 level. Academically he received a composite score of 28 on the ACT and has a 3.2 GPA, futhermore, he has taken several “advanced” classes. Im just trying to find out how I go about relaying this information to Harvard , I know that it was one of his first choices but I talked to 3 local university coaches and they are already offering full-rides to their local universities. Thank-you in advance for any information.
